With the purchase of your Copen system, you automatically have 3 months new customer hotline support included (with new equipment purchase). We accompany you from the initial installation until your system is fully functional.

Warranty extension

When purchasing a Copen system, you can take out a 1- or 2-year warranty extension within the first 3 months of the purchase date. This extends the implied warranty by 12 or 24 months. Ask us for a non-binding offer.

Continuous software updates

Depending on the system, updates are carried out via a current installation CD, via the Internet, or via the Apple Store. Updates for the SuperTuning System are always free of charge.

Technical Support Hotline

Especially in case of a malfunction, a fast response time is important. You can contact our technical support at any time via our website. We will get back to you within 24 hours from Mon to Fri – we promise.
For new customers this service is free of charge for the first 3 months for all products. After that we charge 110 Euro per started hour. If you sign a Copen Software service contract, this service is included.
